The investment...
Your investment is a share in one of the Forestlands Companies, each owning forest and land assets.
Each share represents a proportional right within a large Pinus radiata forest, together with a proportional right to the land on which it is grown, along with any income derived from the accrual and sale of carbon credits.
We believe maximum returns will be realised upon maturity and harvest of the forest, however should your circumstances change, you have the flexibility to sell your share earlier via a private sale.
We have an "open-gate" policy with our forests so you are welcome to visit and inspect your investment at any time.
